The proteins and minerals contained by this ingredient prevent the breakage of the hair, stimulating its growth. Either you use coconut milk or coconut oil, this will provide you with the quantities of potassium and iron that your hair needs.
What to do: massage your hair with warm coconut oil, and then leave it there for an hour before washing it off. What to do: mix Indian gooseberry juice or powder with lemon juice, apply the mixture on your scalp and wait until it has dried. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
