How to cleanse your colon with only 2 ingredients

You colon is responsible for the electrolyte balance in your body. How does it keep it equilibrated? In the third week, add another tablespoon of flour, and also 50 ml of kefir (yogurt), so consume 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour mixed with 150 ml of kefir (yogurt) every day.

If you do not find flaxseed flour, just take some flaxseeds and make a fine powder out of them. It is recommended to take this remedy in the morning, before breakfast, and it is highly advised to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.[/expand]
